i was wondering if anybody has ever heard of these bands beside me. I personally think they are the most talented band in existence. Keyboardist graduated from Juillard at the age of 13 in classical piano. You should deff. check them out youtube them.

I have heard of DT never really got bands that don't talk at all and dunno just never cared for them, they remind me of the steamroller azzholes who you have to listen to every year and all the whiteys gawk about how talented they are.

They both must be good though if so many people like them guess it's just not my thing.

Dream theater has covered entire albums from other muscians after a 3 hour live performance

They did Pink Floyd-Dark side of the moon, Iron Maiden- Number fo the beast, and Metallica- Master of puppets all entire albums

I personally like Dream Theater alot. The double bass drums are great and they are very good at writing. Their style, however is NEVER going to get mainstream recognition which is why most people don't understand (or appreciate) them.
