am a mod.
its basically liquid acrylic type stuff. you cast it in a mould, sand it down, polish it, and its a clear acrylic blob or whatever shape you made.
its how them peoples at craft fairs cast their little flower things in the mould, dremel out the back side and paint in there- and it looks all 3d.
neat stuff.
