liquid damping question

so the car audio part of cardomain.com sells liquid cascade audio damping for about $50 a gallon. i wanna go with the liquid because i've used the self stick mats before, and they were pain to work with and get to mold into the bends/creases on the floor of the car.

it says it needs to be sprayed on, but i don't wanna spend another $50 on top of that for their sprayer i'm only gonna use once. anyone know if it can be rolled on instead?

is there an alternative liquid damping that can be applied without a spray gun?

i plan on doing this soon since the interior is pretty much stripped bare except for the driver's seat and dash.

You can paint it on but is much more time consuming.

If you have access to an air compressor you can buy a tip for less than $50 and still get the job done in 1/2 the time.

sandblasting guns will work excellent since they dont spray in a fine mist like a HVLP painters gun

ehhh yeah true..

forgot about the down side

fabreze!

time doesn't really matter. i do have the compressor and a sandblast gun, i might have to give that a shot.

i was talking about cascade vb1x.

i didn't think the cascade was asphalt based, or is that just the stick on versions of cascade that aren't asphalt based?
