Lipo 6...

didnt work for me when i was trying to cut before summer... i lift year-round and im serious about it. its more for a "big loser" kinda supplement. may work since you said 60pounds but for ~10 it wont work

 
Yeah well i was debating on the Atkins diet but then again when i think about it.. i lift heavy *** pipe and have to hang the shit 30 ft in the air.. being on the atkins id probably start to get weak as hell starting out and not having that much energy at first. because ive been just trying to eat right.. no fast food.. and eating Fruit and Sandwiches and Subs stuff like that, but i just wanna lose atleast 20-30 pounds pretty quickly.. and only way i could do that is with a low carb diet is all i can think of.

why lose LBS. why not shape it into muscle eat more carbs and go to the gym . just a thought . its all if you are trying to lose weight for a competition(fighting then understandable but if going for looks id try and gain it instead.

 
Are you going to enlighten us with your wisdom or should we just automatically assume because you say no it's automatically true.
If you are feeding your body the calories it needs during the times it needs it most you should not be hungry.

Food = fuel

Hungry + Weak = out of gas or eating shitty processed foods.
Because hunger is a horrible way of determining the body's true needs. Do you disagree with that?

Well, Because years ago when i was around 180, i looked and felt great atleast i thought i did.. and now im around 260... if i just lost between 40-50 pounds shit id be good. i know i could hit the gym and get in shape, but i wanna get down to my Weight that im suppose to be. im way over weight.. lol

 
also dont be constantly checking the scale and be really patient and hit the weights it burns more calories than jogging

lose the weight slow its better that way. honestly ive lost 10 lbs of solid fat in 1 and something weeks . just by working and eating right . no work out. when i get to 260 im going full atkins , since my body is already going to be on a metabolic state the fat will just melt off. and work out . drinking lots of vitamins to substitute for the lack of carbs its all in the plan of attack

 
also get alot of rest if you lift weights even if you dont lift just sleep right it has something to do with a rise in cortisol or some crap

kove back me up on sleeping right part haha im on my pda i cant google or anything
