why lose LBS. why not shape it into muscle eat more carbs and go to the gym . just a thought . its all if you are trying to lose weight for a competition(fighting then understandable but if going for looks id try and gain it instead.Yeah well i was debating on the Atkins diet but then again when i think about it.. i lift heavy *** pipe and have to hang the shit 30 ft in the air.. being on the atkins id probably start to get weak as hell starting out and not having that much energy at first. because ive been just trying to eat right.. no fast food.. and eating Fruit and Sandwiches and Subs stuff like that, but i just wanna lose atleast 20-30 pounds pretty quickly.. and only way i could do that is with a low carb diet is all i can think of.

If you are feeding your body the calories it needs during the times it needs it most you should not be hungry.

one of me favorite excersizes. great on thighs and abs ive noticed if done fast and hard. lots of calories get lost . if you got a girl to help you tell her you want to do a maratho of *** cardio style. its exhaustingLay down the pipe!
