Well, i'm 260 and 6'3 i need to lose about 60 pounds. and ive been reading reviews and people feedback for over a day on this product apparently it curbs your appetite where you eat 3/4 of what you use to eat. it boost your metabolism and really increases your energy and burns fat.. and apparently it works for some people well and some people it don't.. ive been eating pretty healthy lately.. no fast food etc.. so hopefully it works. has any of you guys tryed this?

Yeah, apparently it works great if you actually workout. but i do construction 60 hours a week.. sweat and move non stop so i think it will work well.. but we will see i guess

Sounds like a good enough work out to me.

 
If you are working that much doing physical labor you need to be eating a lot! Sounds like you are now eating right so I would stick with that and you should never want to eat less and be hungry. If you are you are starving your body.
If you really want to get this done go find out your base metabolic rate to maintain and take -500 calories a day off it and start logging what you eat somewhere like fitday.

i am using "fizogen's "the burn" they have some for male and female so make sure you get male lol

and i love it it works really well and has some stuff in it so you will burn fat and sweat without losing as much muscle as dieting as you would without it

Yeah, i think im gonna just start the atkins diet tomorrow... did it years ago it seemed to work well
you know i been on diet as well. i hate the atkins . i eat lots of penes buttern and jelly and bread and no red meat. works well for me. fruits vegies turkey sammiches. you need to have enbough carbs to last your day. bceause your job is very physical id trather shape around what you eat. atkins is cool if you dont move around to much

 
I've tried Lipo 6. The sucess of a diet really depends on how much exercise you are putting out. You will lose very little, if any from just popping a pill and cutting calories. I managed to lose 17 lbs doing just that though. Hope it works out for ya.
