Linking Two AP1500

Are you kidding me bro, i don't even own these. This is for my bro, You are something else, and FYI the crap doesn't work at 1 ohm, and that's why that amp my buddy bought doesn't work at one ohm either.. Doesn't makes sense how you use two different amps from the same person in two different cars and both don't work at 1 ohm.. Hmmm.......
I wasn't gonna put you out there but if your gonna be a ass and try to make me look bad, well your something else. i just feel bad for some one else that buys that amp if you try and sell it again.
I refunded your money and sent you a video of me clamping the amp as soon as it arrived back here, as a matter of fact it is still in my truck working just fine. I have checked the gain that you complained about and it functions as it should. I even checked it on an o-scope for shits and giggles.

I am not trying to make you look bad, I just cant figure out how you couldn't get the amp working.

BTW, your diagram is correct.

i understand you clamped it, but it was at 2 ohms, do it at 1 ohm and see what it does.

I dont think you understand. I wired it to 0.5 ohms and with box rise the amp did like 1600 watts at 1.5 ohms on 12.3 volts.

its all good, was just a bit of an aggravating experience.

i know this is off topic but isn't the AQ 2200 suppose to do 2200 rms at 1 ohm? and you only got 100 and 1.5? hum... Possibly the amp is overrated?

Its rated to do 2200 @1 ohm with a supply voltage of 14.4 volts. I got 1600+ @ 1.5 ohms with a supply voltage starting at 14.2 and dropping to 12.3 during the reading. If the supply voltage is a constant 14.4 volts and the amp can stay at 1ohm with box rise you will see 2200+ watts from these amplifiers.
