I've gotten to the point, though, that everything mainstream sounds alike to me. Loud nigs screaming nonsense into the mic, punk bands whining, women singing about love.... its f'n repetitive.
I liked some mainstream stuff from the 90's. IMO, Closing Time by Semisonic is an amazing-*** song.

i like that in pieces song the most, kinda cool how it goes from intro to the drum kick in then to the bridge then to the rock out, has a reggae feel to it which also makes it catchy and addictive
