Lincoln amp rack removal?

I have a 93 mark VIII with the JBL system. How in the heck to I remove the amp rack in the trunk. I see some clips on there and some odd huge plastic knobs holding it up. I don't really want to use brute force and tear stuff up because I plan on remounting it after I modify it. Any help would be great.
