No I didn't. But there are many out there that might just find a tool like this useful to make the job easier. If we can keep 1 person from buying a prefab shitbox, then that's 1 saved soul.fail geometry?
As easy as that may be for us to do, there are those out there that either a.) don't understand how to do it, or b.) to lazy to break out a piece of paper and do the calculations. Which is why I posted the calculator to help others out.why not just add the volume of the rectangle to the volume of the triangle(s)...?

I agree. Although a calculator can be helpful when undergoing the foundational process of a box design. Roughly X dimensions will yield roughly Y volume.It's more work to figure out whether the calculations are correct, and what displacements they're deducting, then to figure it out for yourself.
