I loved Waynes older stuff, but yeah hes just trying to please mainstream now and stay rich.. I don't know how old he is now, but you have to remember he's been rapping since before some people here have been born. I think he was signed when he was 12 or 13, and hes technically at his prime now, even if his music isn't the best. Do you realize how many people hate him, how many people want what he has? Shit, hes been around so long and hes just now blowing up more and more, even when hes obviously on heavy drugs and really is just thinking about the cash. I was the first to say when he had the lip piercing and other BS on his mixtape cover that he looked gay, but do you think he cares? Money > Nearly anything. Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy everything else in the world.

Lil Wayne has sucked since he was doing bling bling back in 99. And he needs to take off the **** guitar, he looks like an idiot even touching the fretboard.

Em hasn't put out anything special in awhile, but he is still by far one of the best. He would definitely destroy any mainstream rapper out there now.

and i dont know about you but i grew up poor but my parents still made sure that i went to a good school and i dont know what you know about performing arts schools but they arent that expensive. Last just because someone wants to do things to better themselves doesnt make them fake or is he suppose to be gangster and sell drugs 24/7?

and yes even tho i dont care much for eminem he would crush post carter 2 lil wayne
