he may not be the "best rapper alive" but he makes more money than anyone on the forum or any one you know ... quit hating the only reason he come out with so many different styles of music is to increase his fan base and make more money ... dont hate the player hate the game ...

Lil Wayne isn't the most lyrical, and his "greatest alive" status depends on your personal taste, But you have to admit that he is probably one of the best " punchline" rappers ever to grab a mic. I'm not on his **** but I am a fan of his style, I respect his lyrics

I think that lil waynes new album is pretty crappy.

I think that alot of his songs are really good, and prefer listening to his mixtape stuff more than his actual albums......

Now lollipop is annoying as hell. It is catchy and they play it on the radio, that is the only reason that it is popular. I believe that if they play anything on the radio enough and it is catchy, then of course a lot of people are going to listen to it.

Lil Wayne spends SOOO much time on the mic and smoking green that many times he is going to come up with some shit that sounds ignorant. I think that if any of the rappers out there were on the mic as much as him they would come up with alot of crap too.

I personally like more songs off of the new Nappy Roots album more than the new Wayne album.

But to each his own......

it doesn't have to do with selling records it has to do with sending a message. He may have more in one week, but you cannot in any shape way or form tell me that Nas is worse then Lil Wayne, etc, etc.

I guarantee you if Lollipop sucked ***, he'd probably be selling 10,000 in the first week.
