jay-z has NEVER been good IMO...

I wouldn't go that far...however, he is HIGHLY overrated.

both rappers are good in imo!! I mean to me Jay-z best album to me was the first blueprint. That was something I could just ride to, u know what I mean. Wanye best maybe on mix tapes or imo The Carter. I mean when you compare rappers albums, u got to account for the beats and everything else. For example, look at jeezy-people say he cant rap but the beats on the cd are just ryding and you cant deny that. I think most of the reasons people hate lil wayne is that they hear all his stuff that goes on the radio, but no one hears his good *** songs from mixtapes and what not. All of his songs that have came on the radio in my opionion were horrible.

i dont subscribed to the radio, if i listen to the radio its AM and talk radio...other than thats cd's and mp3's...i dont buy into the hip hop stations, i refuse to support the stations...they are ruining my music and they are driving the young kids to like what they play...this is of course my own hair brained doc brown philosophy...

so i dont hear ANYTHING that lil wayne puts out...i own his first album, block is hot i think, it was good when their sound first started, but i never moved on with the cash money era...i give respect to him, but i no longer give him my money...

and i think you kind of trumped your own argument for this jay-z vs lil wayne debate...if you have to buy someones product or listen to ever last song in search of great lyrics just in order to hear "the good shit" its not worth it...game face front side or stand down...

I like Lil Wayne's music and all...but how can he even say shit when Baby owns him? Been in the game for however many years and is still gettin shitted on by his record company...thats not the best.
