Lights dim during vehicle turnover

Hurtin' feelings errrday.
It's been pretty cold here lately, past few weeks or so and noticed that whenever I started/turnover my s10, the interior lights/instrument cluster lights would dim pretty darn low. My guess is the cold weather affecting it. The wiring is literally the size of a #2 pencil. Once I upgrade the big 3 in it, it should go away. Am I right?

Big 3 will definitely help but could also be the battery. They lose a bit of power when the weather gets cold. Maybe have the battery tested for its CCA, might not be getting what it should be.

That's a good point. I plan on replacing it with a top mount one soon anyway.
