hey, well it looks nice, i mean lightning audio id made by rockford. so that would prolly be a nice big sub, if not it looks pimp! LOL

Dang that thing looks like a freakin monster. From what i read, lightning audio is made out of left over peices from rockford fosgate, and a few of my friends have rockford HE2 12's and they arent that great so i dont know if this lightning audio would sound any good. I have a little lightning audio amp in my truck i got for free and its ok for free

Lightning Audio is owned by Rockford Fosgate, so it's most likely an RF design. Back in the day (and still now to an extent), RF was known for getting quite loud. But I've no idea how this translates to the LA stuff. Strange, though.. the surround almost looks like a bad rip-off of a W7.

Actually, it rather looks like an RF Punch Power HX2 (http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio/rockfordfosgatesubs.html).
