has anybody worked with hemp fiber wood??? if so, whered you get it from and how is it ( good, great, excellent, ok, ****)???. also looking for recommendations for light and strong wood besides 13ply baltic birch...... thanks!!!!!

It looks close to the same. hemp board has a density of around 40lbs/ft3. MDF is around 45lbs/ft3. Not easy to find probably.
