Life after death could be proven real

or maybe not? Many people that have had near death experiences say they have seen the light, right? Well, i know in my family, on my grandmas side, most of her sisters say they have seen the light, and so have many others. Could it be that we transition from this physical world to an etherial beyond?

Only 7 of the 63 reported anything. Im sure its just some brain activity that we have yet to understand.
Wouldnt all of them experience it if this is for real?
that brings up more questions. I understand what you are saying though, but if god is real, then maybe only the ones who were to go to heaven saw the light? Plus, all of there brains were dead. I guess they could just make it up though.

Read the 3rd sentence though, it kinda throws me off. But it says that they wouldn't be able to call up memories if they were brain dead.

Maybe when they woke up they had brain damage and that was the first they could think of?

Like, you basically just died. You've heard these stories before in the past. So maybe your brain fabricates a similar experience?

maybe, but if you are brain dead and then survive, you wouldn't be able to remember something in your previous lifetime. I don't think. You can only start over. That is if my "my" memory serves me correctly.

Proving that there is indeed another life ahead of us. This kind of stuff makes me wonder though, makes me wonder what the fvck is really going on outside of our lives.

We all know that a person's brain can be damaged in such a way that their memory will be damaged (amnesia, alzheimers, etc). So how is it that upon death - the destruction of a brain - that memory, for example the ability to recognize dead relatives, remains completely intact?

Actually probably correct. We actually don't understand a lot of the brain yet.... Thus also not knowing to look for. There could be activity there that we dont' know to test for
