Lexan Windows

Not waiting for my 12" xxx to break another back window. I wanted to know if anyone has had experience changing out their back window to lexan so it can flex. Fabricator near me has put in race windshields before but I wanted to check if anyone else had useful information regarding layering with other plastics for scratch resistance, thickness of lexan layer or anything else to help with making a flexible back window for high spl.

Just out of curiosity, how much power were you sending to the sub? I have heard some extremely loud setups (156.8^ SPL), and none of them have shattered or broken their back windows.

it's getting 4k on paper but it's aq so probably closer to 3k. It also has to do with the fact it's in a Sentra. also it's two aq's
