Nas, Immortal Tech, Tech N9ne, Biggie, Tupac, Mos Def, Common, and Method Man are some of my favs. Alot of you are saying rap is crap and so is hip hop but really you don't know or haven't seen anything beyond the mainstream. The real talk and real struggle comes from the underground. That's where you're gonna find REAL rappers/MCs dropping bombs on subjects like politicians, world issues, and govermental corruption. All the mainstream consists of are people who sell their soul and pretend to be someone else so that they can make a dollar and society promotes that by embracing it because we fail to see how it misleads the youth. What you see today on T.V. is not hip hop, it's not anywhere close to what hip hop truley is and what it is about.

I listen to hip hop and rap sometimes. I prefer early 90s rap, but I will still find myself listening to dumb new "rap" songs that have stupid lyrics as longs as I enjoy the beat. But as previously said some of the best music comes from rock and blues. Country ***** no matter what, I dont know what it is. I think there are very talented musicians in country music, but the way it all comes together is just stupid.

I don't recall anybody taking a direct hit at any race in this thread , i did take a direct hit at Plies though , that is one ignorant f/ucking ni**er , yes i said that just like Kramer did , and mean it by its true definetion , a dirty , ignorant individual. after hearing that 100 years shi/t i really dispise this dude.
