let's name em': 16v capable amps

I feel your pain, in the process of building another van by myself with zero help. Pretty much the same story here mainstreamers and if you have anything else its flea market junk.
I know some people had decent success with the old hk4000 back when it first came out, never personally dealt with one myself to have an opinion of it. I Guess it boils down to a price range you are trying to stay within. Of the ones menioned so far I would lean towards the Rd amps, if not for having a sponsor thats what I would be running.
i'll try to run their amps if I can get debadged ones.. I know there are a few 3250.1s without logos out there.

not a fan of RD anymore personally. Been a rep, done graphic work for them but done doing either now for a while.. they are along the lines with atomic though correct? hearsay is hearsay though but I assume they are very much close to the same. maybe I can pick up an AT7000.1 around here used later on.. price range will vary on how long I can hold out on buying one lol.. money burns a hole in my pocket.

I just traded my astro off wednesday.. I could never get a build done for it on my own.. moved to something smaller haha but man you have good luck with that van of yours doing it yourself takes some time and hella lot of effort.

isn't that a DAT?
No it's a little different from the DAT 8.1

to you people asking about DC, they make amps but I'm pretty sure they don't sell them in the US.

I think Rusty said that there are already too many good amps for sale in the US or something along those lines.

yup, he made a small amount of amps and they all went overseas. 1000,2000,3000.. and some others as far as I have read. Since they would no longer be an option now... there is no need to talk about them further. I have made a decision on what I plan on running now anyhow.

Hello
SounDigital D class amps can work at 20V (sometimes you charge a AGM 16V battery system and can see these voltages)
named you in my first post though I put sounddigital and not soundigital. My bad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/redface.gif.62fdbfe1a101588a808c4cff71bcb942.gif

was you the build from like a slamology thread on here a while back? I loved that ride when I first saw it lol.
indeed, that box did a 147 @ 37 hz, changed a few things since then 4 D1000's help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i'm not running true 16v, i'll be using a turbostart step up transformer to try and keep my 16v batts charged //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif hopefully it'll work enough, I wish I could fit 2 18s in my wagon but I will be lucky to get 8 cubes I am thinking..

I run a dc/ac converter to run my powermaster charger while driving

that box was like 14 cubes, ran from back of the seats to the hatch, and ya 18.5+18.5= 37 and I had 39 inches between the wheelwells
