Lets have a vote Alpine TYPE X vs FI BL

$$ is not an issue but I see no point in buying somethng like an XXX when its almost 700$ or a w7 thats 500$

a type X can be bought anywhere for 280$ and same with the FI BL or Q

so it seems to be like a good deal for the price

I voted for the bl, but the q might be better for sound quality but I don't think it'll get as loud as the bl. If u do the bl, let me know how it sounds cause I'll be looking at getting subs here in the next few monthes.

BL will most likely be the loudest

Type X will most likely sound the best, but be the quietest.

Q will be the middle man.

I say most likely because of subwoofer similarities. At this point, its going to be install dependent.

Im assuming you're going ported, so i voted the BL. I dont think you will hear a sound quality difference between the BL and the Q ported.

If you're going sealed, the X.

i dont really want sealed on the type X I never had good come out from sealed box's plus it demages the sub over a while from all the pressure. i find ported hits harder and sealed just gives out smoother bass but hitting hard is what i like.

and i mostly listen to techno and some rap now and then.
