less displacement subs , + or - box tuning

if i swap the 3 subs in my box to 3 new subs with slightly less displacement ( smaller AZZ ) will this raise or lower my current tuning of 30 HZ

It will slightly increase the volume of the box which will slightly lower the tune.

It looks like you're running 8s, the difference in volume and tuning would be minimal, less than .1 cubic feet, which is most likely less than a 1hz difference in tuning.
