lemans with his gaming setup got me thinking. now that i am on break from school and i need something to do, i was thinking about building a woofer setup. i am in the process of re-doing the system in my room completely. all i have left over from my old system is the denon reciever (old 2 channel i wont ever give up, love it) and a denon cd changer. i was thinking about two dayton 15"s series II woofers with the dayton 1000 watt amp, just for head room. what do you guys think of this? also, any ideas for tweets/mids/crossovers? not really into home audio as much as home theater, even then i am not really into it at all.

i dont think so. i also dont believe you can ever have enough horsepower. its like saying a threesome with two chicks is excessive.

Something like a 8" MTM with a 1" dome tweet in a tower should take your head off sufficiently.
