Facade's are by definition a "fake front" so you're actually saying his supreme sense of confidence is built upon false fake fronts. In my mind this can be interpreted one of two ways. Either you're saying that his supreme sense of confidence is built on his own merit, or that his supreme sense of confidence is based on something so fake that not only is it fake, it is also false, and therefore worse.
