Legal hemroids?

I've done alot of reading on this stuff on the BB forums... I would not suggest over 3 weeks on the Superdrol, let alone stacking it with PheraPlex. The Superdrol alone should put 3-4 pounds on you in a matter of days. A guy I train shot up 5 pounds in 5 days on 10 mg of SD alone... be careful with that stuff, it's STRONG. I wouldn't let him do more than 3 weeks nor have I allowed him to do another cycle in a time frame less than 6 full months after the end of PCT. Don't take those chemicals lightly... Superdrol is stronger than a good bit of the illegal stuff out there.
well i know the SD and PP are commonly stacked. and 2/2 is the most common stack i see. i was told buy the guy at the shop to do that and additionally by others on forums. im going to be careful, i guess ill just keep it how it is. i think i should be fine with 4 week considering im starting at 1SD/1PP for week 1 while most others start at 2/2.

 
Have you seen the bloodwork from guys taking Superdrol ALONE? Alot of the guys on the BB forums really underestimate this stuff. I'm talking single digit good cholestorol levels after 3 weeks on SD alone on the bloodwork I have seen posted. Just be careful and it's always better to err on the side of being conservative with that sort of thing.

 
just be careful not to work out too long, because after a certain point, your body starts to introduce a chemical that actually breaks down the muscle for energy (overtraining). that would defeat the whole purpose of the work out.

any idea just how long that is? and is that with constant lifting? cause sometimes well take a 5 minute break here and there, and if we lift over 1 1/2 hours we really slow down toward the end...but i def dont wanna lose naything, so how long is too long?

 
legal stuff is a joke. Cost to performance ratio is not worth it. Spend your money on eating good clean food & get plenty of sleep.
i could spend $130 on food, suppliments, creatine, and protein easily...or even just on food alone, and get nowhere close to what i would on prohoromones. yes, its about twice as expensive as most anabolic steroids, but all the good anabolics have to be shot up, and i wont do that.

from what i've read, anything over 1 hour is OVERKILL. it only takes me about 30-45 mins to get a really nice work out per body part. plus you need to make a decision, either cut or bulk, you can't do both, it defies the laws of physics. one pound = 3500 calories, how are you supposed to eat less and gain more? cant be done.
