Don’t ever buy a **** thing from Legacy. Not even an amp kit. I bought an amp kit that stated it had right angle RCA cables and had 2 spade terminals. It came with regular RCA cables, which I can still probably use, and 4 ring terminals instead of 2 ring and 2 spade. So I called Legacy and did the automated response system until I got to a person in a department that I thought could help. I now know why customer service was not a option. This guy starts asking me questions like “Where did you get this number?” and “Did Rudolpho give you this number?” I had to tell the guy half a dozen times I called the 800 number on the website and did the response system. Then he transfers me. The next guy spoke with me for a while and we determined that the amp kits had been changed but some of the new kits had been stuck in old boxes that didn’t have the specs changed. He tells me he can help me out on the spade terminals but not on the RCA cables ‘cause they don’t have anymore. That was cool with me ‘cause I can make the cables work, but there is no where remotely close for me to get good spade, or ring terminals that will fit on my amp. Then he asks “Is there anything else I can help you with today?” I say no and he hangs up w/o getting my name or address to send me some spade terminals. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
