I honestly wouldn't let this sway you away from the brand. There's a 50/50 shot the filing party could lose. Plus the only info released so far is from Powermaster....nothing from Kinetik's defense to the allegations.

From the info I've seen, you can get Powermaster cheaper on Jegs than the dealer cost for an audio retail shop.

this make the kinetik batterys not worth nothing anymore because they will loose i will buy your batterys shipped for 50 bucks each hahaha
i actually am wondering if they loose how much will the batterys go down in price if at all
