just got off the phone with my AAMP of america / Stinger rep.. said there is a law suit out on Kinetik for false advertisement???

is this fact or fiction....

Powermaster is claiming (key word) Kinetik falsely and/or misleadingly advertised their specifications on (only) the 16V battery.
