A while back, my father in law recommended a guy to do some work on my Bravada. (ball joints, pitman arm, idler arm). Anyway, he did one ball joint (out of four) and returned all of my parts, minus the one ball joint he put on.
I have notarized letters from my father in law saying he the guy (his name is Eric Lapois, if anyone might happen to know him) was supposed to put the shit on. I also have a letter stating that the work wasnt done from the owner of the shop I ended up getting the work done by. Then, I have receipts showing he returned the parts, with his name signed and everything.
I spoke to the police, they told me it was a civil matter, since I provided him with the parts to put on. So, they suggested I take him to small claims court- of course I would win, but that would do me no good, he has no job. Hes one of those people that makes his money just doing car repairs for people.
So Im wondering, should the prosecutor charge him criminally for endangering lives or something? Seeing as how he said the car was fixed, when it wasnt? Basically, my pregnant wife and I could have been killed, just so he could make $300.
On a side note, any good ways to totally PWN him? I have most of his information- drivers license number, his address, his mom's address, criminal history on both, and his social security number. Certainly, theres something interesting I can do with the combination! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif :naughty: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
(Im not even so pissed about the money anymore, its more a personal thing now, because everytime he sees me he takes off running like a true *****).
