Lanzar Vibe276

it's not that bad. Its biggest problem is how inaccurate the retail power ratings are. If you look at the manual it's 200x2 at 4 ohms, 300x2 at 2 ohms, or 600 x 1 bridged at 4 ohms, which are pretty legitimate numbers. $140 for a budget amp that will do 600w is about right.

You'd have to spend closer to $200 to do significantly better (new).

2 x 600W RMS at 4 OHMS 2 x 1200W MAX at 4 OHMS

1 x 2400W MAX at 4 OHMS Bridged 2 x 1000W at 2 OHMS RMS

is what it states, but i dont have the manual , so u r saying that lanzar is giving fake numbers?? just to sell, 200rms seems worthless to me lol i need to give the subs 400rms wich are recomended

i'm worried about REFURBISHED and people who claim their used amps work but in reality they dont due to a flaw or something.
check over here man...a lot of good amps...even the ones that broke and were fixed are good...just keep in contact with the seller and ask him questions about it...just dnt over do it to annoy him

Common among budget amps. At least this particular line of Lanzar amps have accurate ratings in the manual (available at lanzar.com).

The 276 would give you about 300w per sub. Audibly not much difference between 300 and 400.

Here's a lanzar that will do 400-450w per sub for $155-160.

I don't know how much cheaper you can get for ~800w new.

The next tier above Lanzar Vibe/Viberant/Heritage would be Hifonics. The zxi1006 goes for around $250.

You could also look for a mono amp that does 800-1000w at 1 ohm, but unless you're open to refurb's those won't be cheap either.

the LANZAR MXA 282 would be 300watss x 2 @ 4ohm

450watss x 2 @ 2ohm

so having my 4ohm dvc subs currently wired to 2ohm would work just fine unbridged to the MXA 282

i might consider the mxa 282 for the final price of $157.74 shipped

Yes, that would work, but a slightly better method IMO would be to wire them for 4 ohms and bridge the amp.

Power's the same -- bridging just reduces any L/R differences between channels, which can have a negative effect on the performance of subs.
