Lanzar spec question

Well Lanzar lists the following specs for a vibe 1200D. I was wondering what these max numbers mean. Does it actually put out 800 watts max @ 2 ohms or rms's @ 800 watts @ 2 ohms? Is it only putting out 400 watts @ 2 ohms rms? Anyone have experienced or seen this tested or reviewed to see what it puts out rms?

# 1 x 400 Watts RMS at 4 Ohms

# 1 x 800 Watts Max at 2 Ohms

# 1 x 1200 Watts Max at 1.3 Ohms

I'd stay away from the Vibe line of lanzar. I hear they're overrated. Maybe a Hifonics will better suit your setup? What subs are you running
