I have blew two of these subwoofer up with max 130 rms and the other one 141 rms

I wouldn't go any higher than 100/ 125 rms they get hot and will split the cone and the paper from the spider rings.

price from 20$ to 30$ at the most.

great for car replacemeant for rear speaker for a car or full range sound for speaker or midbass woofer.

Yeah it get loud not to bad. It great for a car with a small amps you couldn't run these on a HU that for sure. But the little JL gets louder than this. go with this with 125 rms amps your good to go. The bass sound wasn't all that impress your get the rumble sound.
