i no that nobody can say for certain but i didnt ask for a 100% certain answer...i jus wanted to know what some of yall thought ..i knew before i even posted this thread that i would get a few smartass answers from some of the "experts" on here bc its a "a vs. b" thread but i thought maybe out of all the people on here that atleast a few could voice there opinion from experience or just what they thought

He's got alot more cone area to work with, I would say with his wattage, he would be louder. Your subs and wattage should be right up there with him though. This is such an even setup that it is completly install dependant. Let us know when that guy gets his amp. I am curious as to who is louder.

Why do you care? Having a higher SPL makes you feel good? Its frivolous honestly. you can't even listen to anything at that volume except test tones. I wouldn't give a hoot if anyones system was louder than mine and I'm certainly not going to break my wallet buying the woofers and amps necessary to hit the levels you are talking about.

If either would put some time and research into their box / setup, you could get the 145-147 score off of one or two of either of those subs...

yea i got to ben. russell..tha last comp. we went to was in auburn.."the car stereo shop" put it on..hes got the 8 12s all facing up and a ported box they fit pretty good theres ALOT more room in his than there is in my 4runner

^You better have 4-5 batterys, upgraded alt, big 3.......

yes, that amp is a beast, but it takes a lot of voltage to get it up there.....
