Raisedin, your retarted...Just because the guy works at an authorized Kicker shop doesnt mean he knows anything at all about Kicker, I know from experience. My local Kicker dealer has about 3 retards that work there and tried to get me to port my L7 box to 45 hz, they told me it would get loud and sound good, i just walked out with a smile. 4uha8ers, i wouldnt recommend you giving that sub more than 1200 daily, especially if you like to listen loud. And yes, heyman youre right, they do only suggest 750 for ported applications....

Been running 900 to mine for 3 months and aint had a problem.. Ran 900 to one before that for 3 months but snapped a tinsel lead playing 20hz test tones in a box tuned to 35hz.. It can easily take 1000..

Rather than embarass you here, i'll only suggest you go to the same web page you just referred me to, go to the l7 product page, click the little tab called "manuals," click english (i'm assuming you speak english here) and read the manual.

thanks someone who knows what there talking about this dealer is the shop owner and has kicker sells reps at his shop in virginia often good job pole cat maybe someone on this thread will learn somthing

hey man you where right i just got my sub and the instruction booklet with the sub says 1000 rms sealed and 750 rms ported they also state that using a subsonic filter will increase power handling of the sub set at 25hz, 24db per octave
