Some shop didn't tell me, just what I've read and researched so far. I don't think it's a box or tuning issue, I think I've maximized those CVR's potential. What do you guys think of these RF's Rockford Fosgate T0D415, - SpeakerBoom.com | Premier Car Audio Online!- T0D415 .
They seem kinda cool.

If that's the case, those Rockfords wont be any better. Still would be best to provide dimensions on the box and the tuning and all and see if someone could help u in that regard. I had cvrs bro, in a good box, they are nice budget subs and will get pretty low. Generally, dropping another sub in the same box will not make it hit lower.
