well if they only play on level surfaces then they should still be playing since they where remounted on a board on my trunk floor and not vertically right. I just didnt like the whole box firing up into my reardeck of the car like it was so in order for me to fire the box to the back I had to remove the vertical board that was by the box, and I mounted the amps on the board on the trunk floor.

The subs I where using where dual 4 ohm coils, so that would make it 1 ohm at the amp, the amp is rated at 1 x 1200 @ 1 ohm. How was I running the amp below what it was to be ran at?

again, i never said audiobahn was decent sounding, nor did I say they have the cleanest undistorted power. I just said it was louder, but not as clean.

The other problem I see is that you mounted them wrong.
