Serioulsy, if detroit were removed there would be no loss. Crime rate is super high there. I know ex-soliders who served in both iraq wars whom are actually physically scared to roll thru the streets there. My neighbor is one of them... he has some shitty 20's on his truck and he actually removes them and puts stock wheels on his ride just to visit his mom who lives there.

Your friends are total dumbasses. 65-70% of homicides in the city are related to narcotic trafficking. Of the 25 largest cities it ranks near the bottom in gang related crime, downtown is one of the safest areas with crime rates less then state and national averages. It is the largest city on the Canadian border which means a lot of drug and human trafficking go through Detroit to get in and out of the US. It is not a bunch of thugs roaming the streets looking to cause trouble. Also it's worth noting crime rates are down in the city since the 80's, and of the same 25 cities, Detroit was actually 6th in total crime.

Kwame was forced out. He didn't step down.
