KonFUSED 2 Way Distribution- How the hell do you hook it up?

I got one of these from knu, they have compression fittings on there..

How the hell do you get the wires to stay in there? There are no screws there is a hole either for 4 gauge or 0 gauge and there is a big screw on the outside that holds it in? Do you push there insulation up in there real tight to hold it or what?

You take off some of the jacket, feed the wire through the hole, push the strands around the metal part, then push it into the terminals and tighten it down.

It's a pain in the ***, especially with larger diameter wire. I'm not a big fan of it.
