I'm not gonna lie but there is no excuse for what the biker did. If I'm driving on a road and I see a biker gaining on me like crazy and there is a car in front of me that I want to pass the biker can fvck off for all I care if I deem that he has ample time to slow down I'm going to pass the car. End of story. I won't "intentionally" cut him off but if he doesn't slow down when I go to pass then it's his own **** fault.

Not to mention the death of the motorcyclist in this instance wouldn't be considered the driver's fault unless he was an idiot and told the cops that he intentionally moved over to block the biker. If he said he moved over to pass and the he didn't realize the biker was traveling well in excess of the speed limit then there would be no charges other than a report of a motorcyclist driving to endanger and losing his life due to his own stupidity. (I think?)

If someone EVER tried to shoot the gap on me I would IMMEDIATELY report it to the police because that is absolutely unacceptable. I may drive like an *** hole but I would NEVER put people in that kind of a dangerous situation. That is unacceptable and just another reason why motorcycle licenses should be more difficult to obtain.

imo, Its bikers against cars. Ive "shot the gap" many times. Its part of the privlige of having a bike. Mostly used in high traffic. And when dickheads feel the need to **** with me, A nice screwdriver down the side of the car while shooting the gap seems to quite them down. Ive also called the rubes on car drivers claiming that they were reckless driving and endangering my life on the bike.

If you did that ***** block shit on me, I would follow you and then put a rock thru your windshield. Ya, I too carry "amo" to throw at cars. And it wont be a cup of coffe or rubber balls.

I don't think shooting the gap is a problem in high traffic, like bumper to bumper, or getting past a car to take a right when they want to go straight.

Doing what the guy did it just idiotic, and if you were him, you would either have went between the cars, or slowed down, because you had plenty of room. And if you had such a problem with that, I would have called the cops and had you arrested for road rage and assault, not to mention trespassing, because I would have stopped at my house since I was going home.

BTW, I'm not the OP to the person who said I changed my mind 3-4 times. I added more, because apparently this was such a big deal. I don't think I'd make this thread, so thanks for being a moron and not even reading it and judging me.
