Haha, I'm an idiot -- I thought you bought the 15s. I thought the motor looked a little big on the 4hp.

The parameters just look a little weird. First, the cone area is much lower when compared to other 12s and if you calculate the Fs, you get something around 21hz. The mms also seems pretty high for the cone area... I don't know; it just looks weird.

Mms IS accurate, it's just like DD //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif It's the copper coil that does it.
