Koda's in a 1999 Grand am

If finally getting my lazy *** around to installing my Koda's. I'm having a problem trying to get them to fit into my factory location in the door. Has anyone else on the forum installed Koda's in a Grand am?

The speaker is hitting my window track. I need to know if I added a spacer to my door would the pannel still fit? And do I have enough play between the door panel and woofer that I wouldn't have to worry about damage?

try it and see. You may have to cut and hack untill it fits. This is called "Custom Installation". It sucks sometimes but in the end it all works out.
