Allen Iverson is great player. I wouldn't say he is greater than all. If anything I would say he is definitely one of the better guards in NBA history but he is definitely on the downside of his career. OH and one more thing. This is NOT the end of the thread. AI is good and still has some time left in his career. I dont know how he is dwindling down when his numbers are still up there for the most part. He may be slowing down some, but not that much.

I am not an Allen Iverson fan at all, but he is an amazing baller and will go down as one of the greatest guards in the history. Saying he is the best of the best, cant agree with that.

His ego always gets the best of him IMO.

What I meant by that was that he isn't going to get any better than he is right now. And he isn't going to be as good as he was 3 or 4 years ago. That is why I used the term "downside". Not the "end" but headed that way. Careers are like humps. You start out toward the bottom, build your way up and PEAK and then slowly make your way down the other side.

allen iverson is the best scoring guard in the history of the NBA, as of right now, if his career ended, AI would be number three on all time career scoring average, right behind Chamberlain and Jordan. he is averaging 28 ppg over his 10 year career so far. and your right because he isnt dwindling at all. last year was his best year of his career averging 33 points about 7.5 assists a game. he is still going strong and is prolly one of the strongest guys in the NBA and one of the best actors in the league. i agree with you, AI is good and has alot of time left and isnt dwindling at all

Wow. And to think that NO ONE really cares.

I hate these Lakers just as much as I hated the 80s Lakers. The difference is that I actually respected the Magic Johnson Lakers as a good team.
