Listen here fuckchop. I've been watching NBA basketball since the early Bird, Magic and Julius Erving days. I know plenty more than you do about the subject. I watched the days of the Lakers vs Celtics rivalry which were some of the best NBA championship series ever played. Larry Bird was 5 times the player Kobe will ever be. No one played the game "between the ears" more than Larry did. He could pass, play defense and he made his whole team better as a result. That starting 5 was one for the ages. Easily still in top 5 teams ever assembled. Bird, McHale, D. Johnson, Parrish and Danny Ainge. If it weren't for Magic and the Lakers the Celtics would have won most of the NBA titles in the 80s.

To recap. The fact that you hold ONE player in such a high regard even though his morals are so shitty tells me it's YOU that doesn't really know the game.

Please enlighten us how Kobe is the best when he has done shit for his team. I dont care about Phil Jackson either, because he hasnt done shit either. Ever since Shaq left they havnt done squat. Yeah they make the playoffs here and there, but with a player like Kobe and the team they have should be championship caliber. Kobe is nothing but a one man show hence the big scoring games he has had.

Michael Jordan is better IMO because he helped out his team more and they had all those championships as well. Only person if he ever gets a shot at a championship being better than MJ in this lifetime is LeBron James. He has more chacteristics like MG spreading the ball and is a better all around team player. Kobe never put up stats like LB has when Kobe was his age. And to think Bron is only 22 is scrarry!

To that MIkeDessure kid only way of stopping LB from being as good as MJ is not winning a championship or a shortened career from injuries or whatever else. Happens to the best sometimes.

Also find it funny just because Kobe has scored 50 plus pts in 4 straight games that people ride his nutz! Guy is cancer in the locker room and horrible team player. Has been for many years, his ego is just too much. Also if you look at his stats over this run he dont have many assists or anything else. So what, he can shoot the ball, we know that. So many other factors go into making an amazing basketball player. Dont get me wrong, he is a scoring machiene, just not much more than that.

Also LeBron could do the samething Kobe is doing and probably a shit ton of other people could too. Just some people like to play for this thing called a team!

Also if you compare the two statistical in LB and Kobe, overall LB has better stats over a career so far. LeBron came out of the gun with some amazing stats, while it took Kobe 4 years to put up the same type of numbers. At this pace, I really dont see how you can compare a shooter to an all around Basketball player.

miami is a solid team overall not only because of shaq but he is a big part in it.

Carmello Anthonys numbers have falled off a lot since Iverson has been there. Guy was averaging over 35 for most the season and then got hurt and then got suspended.

Is Kobe good, yes, but is Kobe as good as MJ, No Way in Hell. As for right now, I would like to point out that Steve Nash has been the MVP for the Last 2 Years. To me that makes him the best player in the league. We arent talking about who is the best at playing one on one trash ball. We are talking about the best guy to play basketball in the NBA. Its a team game and Kobe isnt a team player, he is a punk and an imature a**hole. I couldnt care less if he retired tomorrow, I wouldnt miss him.
