you know rasheed, has the skills to be one of the most dominate players in the nba, but doesn't utilize them. he is one of the best in the low post. he can get his shot off whenever he wants cause he has such long arms and such a high realese, plus he can face up and hit jumpers, from all the way out beyond the 3 point line, he can play great defense, and is a good passer for a PF, but he doesn't put it all together and it's frustrating watching him play

Is Kobe good, yes, but is Kobe as good as MJ, No Way in Hell. As for right now, I would like to point out that Steve Nash has been the MVP for the Last 2 Years. To me that makes him the best player in the league. We arent talking about who is the best at playing one on one trash ball. We are talking about the best guy to play basketball in the NBA. Its a team game and Kobe isnt a team player, he is a punk and an imature a**hole. I couldnt care less if he retired tomorrow, I wouldnt miss him.

Not a single solitary fucking chance in hell. Dirk Nowitzki will get it this year. With the success his team has had and the numbers he's putting up and being the team leader he will most likely get the hardware this year. If not, something is wrong with the voting.

And to the thread starter. You can deny all you want that Kobe didn't **** that chick but anyone with half a brain knows what happened. When the trial started all the defense could do was DISCREDIT her, NOT prove him innocent.

Either way, Kobe isn't even my top 10 best players in the entire league. The game of basketball has many phases. Jordan was good at ALL of them. Kobe can score and thats about it. Jordan could defend, pass, rebound, block and he was known to have a pretty nice jumpshot. Or maybe one of the BEST jumpers to ever hit the hardwood. I put his jumper 2nd to ONLY Larry Bird.
