I have some Knu 1/0 OFC but just only enough for the big 3. All black and already has copper ring terminals installed on each end.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

At 100 watts and such short runs, you’d have no perceivable difference between 12, 14, or 16 gauge speaker wire, OFC or CCA, nor worry about...
