So you're wanting Obama to spend more money on pointless policing of the Middle East, and then use those expenses to say "look at the deficit!"

How exactly did redeploying the troops to Afghanistan help the deficit? Don't even for a second act like the money spent on the iraq troops is going to be saved. obama spent more in his first 100 days in office than had been spent on the iraq war to that date. Look that one up. It's true. He wants more stimulus... so if you believe that whatever money would be going into protecting our economic interests in Iraq would be saved in some fashion you are incorrect. It would be squandered with NO return domestically by way of handouts and slush funds. We have seen it for the past 3 years.

Oh my, heaven forbid we spend money to try to help our economy and our people instead of pussyfooting around in the desert. The point is that we wasted money for nearly a decade, it's time to cut back on all this BS and pump money into our own people/infrastructure. Whether or not it's a huge success is still better than spending money to have soldiers die while getting literally nothing in return.

That is your own misguided opinion. We wasted more money than ever before faster than ever before on failed "stimulus". The fact that you would even consider that as an alternative to making sure we have a trade partner, and an asset in the middle east is absolutely crazy. It is no secret that north korea and iran are screwing with us daily. China has an interest in taking over our status as the #1 economy in the world so they often vote against us in the UN with sanctions etc even when NK and iran violate UN resolutions. Having a young, oil rich democracy in the middle east on our side gives us leverage and gives us MUCH more chance at economic prosperity than the failed stimulus idea. We've tried isolationism. It led to WWII. We learned that we have to posture ourselves instead of burying our heads in the sand.

Obama is the biggest liar ever. Tries to make everyone like him by saying he is going to do this and that. Sh1t not even the dam African Americans like him because he promised them all sorts of sh1t and didnt give them ****. He did the same for some many other groups of people.

With all of this money being spent on the posturing that you're wanting to continue to do, how do you plan on us ever getting rid of the deficit? If some stupid ol' Dem like Clinton could do it, I'm sure a genius like Romney or Gingrich should be able to do it with their eyes closed, even with all of the money being dumped into the Middle East.

It's easy. You scale back the government intervention into the private sector. You cut taxes on everyone and reduce regulations such as the EPA. Then you allow drilling of oil in ANWR, outer continental shelf, and the oil shale in the northwest. You allow new oil refineries built. You cut the capital gains tax and give tax holidays. You give a federal fuel tax holiday. You undo the community reinvestment act that caused the housing crisis. You repeal and replace obamacare with tort reform and a revamp to pre-existing conditions. You undo the C.a.f.e. standards on automobiles. Then you just sit back and watch the economy boom since government has removed the restrictions. Tax revenue will increase due to the new-found commerce, even at the lower rate as kennedy showed, as Reagan showed, as Bush showed. The primary function of the federal government is to provide for the nation's sovereignty. That cannot be done by stifling the economy with social programs to buy votes while hurting EVERYONE, and turning a blind eye to foreigners who want to do us economic or physical harm.

Hmmmm. I knew someone wold bring race into this. Your statement does not meet facts or logic. Blacks only account for 12% of the population so that's only 12% of the vote, but wait...it would be less than that because not all are old enough or registered to vote. Also, you act like blacks blindly for Obama, because he was black. I am pretty sure some did, but does that mean all white people voted for McCain because he was white...um no. The media showed racial discrimination what? The media interviewed all types of people. What news were you watching. I watched coverage on CNN, Fox, BBC and I did not just see black people. Not only did I see different ethnicity's in America cheer, but I saw people from China, Europe, etc cheer. I lived in Germany when President Obama was elected and the German's were ecstatic about his win. You can be Christian and still be for Muslims or any other religion. That's an important part of the Christian fate is to be tolerant to other religion. Also, America is full of Christians, Muslims, and many other religions, so yes the president should be for them.

Lastly, whenever we have a new president and he is white will it be because all the white people voted for him? You see how that looks?

We tried it. It didn't work. It didn't stimulate anything. It never has worked and never will work. WHen the economy is bad and people are hurting, you have to reduce the restrictions you place on them to succeed. The economy is dependant on the private sector. Nobody disputes this. Taxes are money seized from the private sector. So how do you take money out of the private sector, and then give it back to the private sector (handling fee of the government) expecting it to do any good? It doesn't make any sense.
