I was actually told the same thing , lawsuits being the primary cause not lack of revenue, they will probably do a reorganization, could be wrong , but 3 distributors have told us the same thing 2 of them being the largest in Kinetik sales in the US

If You Type In All Caps It Automatically Makes The First Letter In Each Sentence Upper Case And Lowers The Rest Just Like This

Too bad, i had a smile when you said they're going out of business. I used Kinetik as my first dedicated audio batterys, sent them in for warranty, never received them back, Kinetik told me to talk to the shop that i bought them from. The shop i bought them from told me it was way out of warranty, when they were both under a year old, and i have a feeling the shop basically resold the batterys for 100% profit, considering i paid for shipping. Kinetik wouldnt help me at all, nor the shops distributor, and the worst part is i knew the shop pretty well. Last time i went in there though.

They are still in business and still have 16v batteries, still have all the 12v batteries now and they have metal sleeves available for the batteries as well.
