Has anyone used a Kinetik 3800 yet? If so what are your thoughts?

I am about ready to build one on our demo vehicles a 2003 tahoe. I currently have 10 deka 31's in it = 700 pounds

I will be building a wall with 6 sonance 15" d2's with two d9's with two or three mechman alts running 15v.

So we will have 11000 or so rms. I has thinking going with 6 or 7 3800's. If i go with six that ='s 530 pounds saving me 170 pounds.

Any ideas?

audiopipe 1 farad cap will solve all problems //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

a flux-capacitor may work too, check with your local autozone though

It can't be two 2400's it only weighs 88 pounds were a 2400 weighs 68-70.

What i was told by Eric from Kinetik is the discharge a little slower than a 2400 but have massice amounts of reserve.

Kinetik claims each battery is good for 3800watts rms.

I do not expect that, on my setup it would equal out 1800-2000watts per battery.

With our demo vehicles they tend to be tuned very low and play for long periods of time at idle over 150 db.
