I'm not getting prices any better than anybody else. I'm getting normal prices that the company charges (read: non-inflated charges because of a name stamped on it). I found it much easier to walk off the beaten path when it comes to stuff like batteries.
Character? Sorry if you don't like my attitude, but frankly I don't like yours either. In your eyes your precious kinetik is always in the right. Sorry, but not everyone feels that way (which is why I see more people getting away from kinetik, too much hype for too much money).

I don't ask what anybody else's team prices are. Why would I? Did I state any prices in here? No i didn't, so that's a completely irrelevant point.

I've kept my lips shut for long enough. This pricing fiasco started quite some time ago and I've done my best to just lay low and let others deal with it, but somehow you just struck a nerve with your constant kinetik dick riding. Not everybody likes kinetik. Not everybody believes in their hype (check out powermaster's website for factual info). Don't like it? Too bad.

I'm surprised that somebody from kinetik hasn't tried to contact me and POSSIBLY sort out the situation, but I guess I burned that bridge a couple posts ago.....

Never seen team prices brought up on forums before except by owners and reps making a refference and never seen people go "ohhhhh its 100 bucks more!" in an open forum. That is whinning, any which way shape or form it IS WHINNING......

Only "pricing" I can go off of is what a distributor sells for and this isn't a number by any stretch that the percentages would equal anywhere near 100 bucks. Which not only tells me you are of low character but bad at math too.

I never had the opportunity to buy originally because of some cost constraints on my end, but I had never imagined the price would increase so significantly in a relatively short period of time. Regardless, I'm glad I never pulled the trigger either way because of new information that I have learned over the past year or so.

Unless, perhaps, somebody at kinetik just didn't want me running their stuff and gave me some absurd price? That would be a possible situation, but the only problem there is that other people have had the same thing happen to them, so it can't be an isolated incident.

UMMM not that hard to do tommy we are dealing in 100 within 100's not 100 within 1000's. You also stated that you could buy cheaper new from a distributor..same price book I am looking at......from what I see that is false

Here's a way to hopefully end this argument. If I am able to, I am going to borrow a friends Kinetik 2400 and put it against one of my Batcap 3000's. I will make a video, with the Termlab running showing the scores that both do. It will be sad if my 55 lb battery beats a 70 lb battery.

Then again, this probably won't get us that far. If the 3000 came on top I'm sure you guys would find an excuse why.

If you are talking about a burp, then I would like to see the numbers. I would also like to see a bass race and a music testing as well. 90% of the people here on this forum only care about playing music anyways. The other 10% that are competitors already know what they need to know.

I'll do my best to try to do it within the next couple weeks. I feel pretty confident the Batcap will win in a burp. A quick search on the termpro forums will tell you how quiet Kinetiks are for burping. Some guys over there have gained up to .8 dB in street cars when switching from Kinetik to Powermaster:laugh: The Kinetik SHOULD make a higher average when playing music considering it has more reserve.

I will run my engine for both tests, but may also try car off for burps. I'm not going to bass race with car off and a single battery because I don't want to cycle the batteries that low. Alternator is a 200A Mean Green.
