I would go for the SX. There both good subs but the SX has SQ and IMO will get just as loud in the right enclosure.
Why was this thread made twice by the same person? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Again, I vote SX.
so, you had a 50/50 choice...does this make your choice superior?hmm carpenter...seems around 80% is going with the same choice as mine....
Actually no, it's not. When you "compare" subs like that, you aren't actually comparing the subs themselves at all.....but rather comparing the setup/install/tuning/enviornment. The subs are the least important thing in that equation...and they are definitely not what you are comparing. Box size and type, power, vehicle, bass boost settings, gain settings, front stage, the vehicle itself, etc etc are all going to play a MAJOR role in how the sub "sounds". You can take the same sub, change those variables I just listed, and make it sound completely different each time.listened to does not equal worked with...i never said i WORKED WITH them, but that i've heard them. is that not sufficient enough for me to say that i can compare them?
read squeaks post above.....^^^^^^^^^ //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gifI vote for the SX. I've never heard one and appologise, but i've heard 1 15"inch xxx come close to comparing to two 12" inch L7's. Either way your setup would be loud. L7's sound like continous farting too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif , go with RE.
