Kicker zx750.1 or MTX 801D?

Thinking of swapping my 801D out for a zx750.1 to match my zx650.4 that's on the way. This is strictly for cosmetic reasons but what do you guys think as far as performance is concerned? Keep what i have or get the kick?

some people have too much money performance wise you won't notice a difference
